Cancellation Policy

  • 15+ days prior to check-in: Fully refundable (100%) via the original payment method or as a flexible credit note valid for 6 months.

  • 14 days prior to check-in: Eligible for a 50% refund or a flexible credit note valid for 6 months.

  • Festive Season Clause: Bookings for Long Weekend stays and for travel between Dec 21 – Jan 7 are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.


Payment Policy

  • Deposit: 50% payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Balance: Payable 15 days before check-in.

  • Accepted Methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

  • Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received. Balance reminders will be sent via WhatsApp or email.


Child Policy

  • 0–5 years: Complimentary stay when sharing bedding with parents.

  • 6–11 years: Charged at 50% of the adult rate.

  • 12+ years: Charged as adults.

Our apartments and villas are designed to maintain privacy and comfort. Extra beds are not available.


Guest Occupancy Policy

  • 4-Bedroom Duplex Villas: Up to 8 guests

  • 3-Bedroom Signature Duplex Villa: Up to 6 guests

  • Additional Adult: ₹7,000 + taxes per night

The Ten is intentionally designed without extra beds to maintain spatial elegance and ensure guest comfort. Please plan occupancy accordingly.


Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in / late check-out / 24-hour check-in & check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
