The estate is arranged around a central courtyard, the social heart of The Ten, where guests move between private retreat and shared life. Planting and intimate corners replace long hotel corridors, deliberately: with occupancy capped at roughly half, the property feels like a borrowed home.

Five pools, ten residences, no corridors, low-rise, shaded and built for barefoot movement. The gallery shows the courtyard at first light, the walk between suites, and the garden edge where the property meets Siolim’s coconut groves.
Sunlit single-level suites with rooftop pool access
The 1- and 2-bedroom suites are single-level: soaring ceilings, their own living rooms and stocked pantries, windows opening to the garden. Five first-floor suites add wide private balconies, and every one has the rooftop infinity pool a staircase away.
Duplex residences with private pools and rooftop pool access
Bedroom duplexes are the most private way to stay: double-height living rooms, bedrooms set away from social areas, a private pool including the Signature Duplex’s 10-metre pool and the rooftop infinity pool above. Four ground-floor suites open onto private plunge pools too.
