How many guests can The Ten host?

Up to 52 guests, across 10 residences and 25 bedrooms. Every residence has its own living room and pantry, so large groups get privacy as well as shared space.

Can we host a wedding here?

Yes, intimate weddings, celebrations and retreats for up to 52 guests, with curated menus, décor, transfers and wellness arranged by one dedicated team rather than several vendors.

What is the minimum stay for an estate buyout?

Estate buyouts are usually a minimum of two to three nights depending on the season. Our reservations team confirms the exact minimum, inclusions and rate for your dates.

Can we bring our own alcohol and outside food?

Yes. The Ten does not sell alcohol on the property, so guests bring their own and we charge no corkage fee. You may also order in from any North Goa restaurant. Our team will plate and serve it.

Can you arrange airport transfers and décor?

Yes. Private transfers from Mopa (about 30 minutes) and Dabolim can be arranged for your whole group, along with décor, celebration set-ups and any wellness or dining plans you want built in.

Do we get the entire property to ourselves?

Yes. During a buyout the estate is closed to other guests: all residences, all five pools and the common areas are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
