Yes, a buyout covers all 10 residences, 25 bedrooms, five pools and up to 52 guests. Tell us your dates and occasion and we’ll send a proposal with menus, inclusions and a floor plan.
Yes. Airport transfers, The Ten Table private dinners, and wellness treatments in your suite, beside your pool or on the rooftop can all be arranged before you arrive.
Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in, with a sliding schedule closer to arrival. The full details are on our cancellation policy page, and your booking confirmation states the terms in writing.
Pet stays are considered on request and depend on the residence and dates. Message us before booking and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your stay.
Our team can arrange a private transfer from Mopa (about 30 minutes) or Dabolim, timed to your flight. Share your flight number with your booking and a driver will be waiting on arrival.
