15+ days prior to check-in: Fully refundable (100%) via the original payment method or as a flexible credit note valid for 6 months.

14 days prior to check-in: Eligible for a 50% refund or a flexible credit note valid for 6 months.

Festive Season Clause: Bookings for Long Weekend stays and for travel between Dec 21 – Jan 7 are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Payment Policy

Deposit: 50% payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Balance: Payable 15 days before check-in.

Accepted Methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received. Balance reminders will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
Child Policy

0–5 years: Complimentary stay when sharing bedding with parents.

6–11 years: Charged at 50% of the adult rate.

12+ years: Charged as adults.
Our apartments and villas are designed to maintain privacy and comfort. Extra beds are not available.

Additional Adult: ₹7,000 + taxes per night
The Ten is intentionally designed without extra beds to maintain spatial elegance and ensure guest comfort. Please plan occupancy accordingly.
