What is an all-suite private pool villa?
It’s a villa-sized stay with resort service behind it. Every booking is a full suite with its own living room, never a standard hotel room, and the staff, kitchen and upkeep are handled for you.
Here’s how it stacks up against the two usual options in North Goa:
| Standalone private villa | Large beach resort | All-suite resort (The Ten) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private living space | Yes | Rarely | Yes, in every suite |
| Private pool | Usually one shared by the group | Shared only | Plunge pool in ground-floor suites, plus 4 shared pools |
| Chef and dining | Depends on the owner | Restaurant menus | Custom menus with the head chef |
| Housekeeping | Often limited | Daily | Daily |
| Crowds | None | High in peak season | Capped at 50% occupancy |
| Best for | Self-sufficient groups | Short, all-inclusive breaks | Families and groups who want space and service |
Which suites at The Ten have a private pool?
The four ground-floor suites each have a private plunge pool. The five first-floor suites get private balconies instead. Everyone can use the rooftop infinity pool and the other shared pools.
Architect Rita Mody Joshi gave each suite its own layout and colours, so no two look alike. All ten open onto a shared courtyard.
| Suite type | Number | Outdoor space | Pool access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ground-floor suites | 4 | Courtyard level | Private plunge pool + shared pools |
| First-floor suites | 5 | Private balcony | Rooftop infinity pool + shared pools |
| All suites | 10 | Shared courtyard and terrace garden | 5 pools in total |
You’ll find every floor plan and photo on our Stay page.

How many guests can a private pool villa in North Goa sleep?
One suite here sleeps anyone from a couple to a family or a small group, since suites have 1 to 4 bedrooms. Across all ten suites there are 25 bedrooms. Bigger groups book a few suites together or take the whole estate.
- Couples: a 1-bedroom suite with a balcony or plunge pool
- Families: a 2- or 3-bedroom suite, with a living room for downtime
- Friend groups: a 4-bedroom suite, or two suites
- Celebrations and weddings: a full-estate buyout of all ten suites
What is in-suite dining like at The Ten?
We plan the food around your group instead of handing you a fixed menu. You sit down with our head chef and choose from North Indian, coastal Goan, European, Italian and barbecue cooking.
- The Ten Table is a private five- or six-course meal in your suite, by the pool or in the terrace garden
- Breakfast runs until noon, so nobody needs an alarm
- Bring your own drinks. There’s no corkage, and we can arrange a bartender.
- Craving something from a favourite North Goa restaurant? Order in, and our team will plate and serve it.
Why does The Ten cap bookings at 50%?
We stop taking reservations once half our suites are booked for a date. That keeps the pools, courtyard and rooftop quiet, and it means our team has time for every guest, even in peak season.
It also means dates between mid-December and early January go quickly. If you’re coming then, check availability early.
How much does a private pool villa in North Goa cost?
Villas here are usually priced per night for the whole unit, and rates climb a lot in peak season. At The Ten, three things decide the price:
| Factor | Effect on price |
|---|---|
| Season | Highest from late December to early January, lowest in monsoon (June to September) |
| Suite size | 1 to 4 bedrooms. Bigger suites cost more overall but less per guest. |
| Length of stay | Ask about longer stays when you book direct |
Suites start at about ₹50,000 per night. Bigger suites and peak dates go up to around ₹1,00,000 per suite, per night. Rates change with the season, so check live prices for your dates.
Live rates for your dates are on our Stay page, and booking direct always gets you the best rate.
