The Ten offers 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom suites and duplex residences, sleeping from 2 to 8 guests each. Combining residences accommodates up to 52 guests for a private estate buyout.

Is breakfast included in the stay?

Breakfast inclusions vary by booking plan, and our reservations team confirms exactly what is included in your rate. Floating breakfasts are available exclusively for the 3- and 4-bedroom duplex suites with private pools, with 24–48 hours’ notice.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes. The Ten does not sell alcohol on the property, so guests bring their own and we charge no corkage fee. A bartender can be arranged for larger evenings.

Is The Ten pet friendly?

Pet stays are considered on request and depend on the residence and the dates. Contact our team before booking and we will confirm what is possible.

How far is the nearest beach, and can you arrange airport transfers?

Anjuna Beach is about 12 minutes by car and Morjim Beach about 15, with Assagao’s restaurants 8 minutes away. Private airport transfers from Mopa (around 30 minutes) can be arranged in advance.
